Lame-duck Schwarzenegger calls emergency budget session for new lawmakers
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will declare a fiscal emergency and call an emergency session of the incoming Legislature to address California’s massive budget deficit, a spokesman for the governor said Thursday.
